Lucia rearranged the first time as the appointment I made via Groupon wasn't possible as she wasn't open that day. The second time she rearranged due to ill help very last minute. I was disappointed but these things happen. The third time she cancelled on me after the offer expired so I lost my hard earned money completely for a treatment i really needed and was looking forward to. Groupon havnt got back to me. Really regret booking to try something new and support a local small business. Such a shame
