- Andrew Mitchell Review added: 2018.11.17★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely diabolical, half a plane load of people at Gatwick whose luggage had gone to Manchester from Geneva. Two people on the desk, would not give out the forms to the queuing people, resulting in a que of irate people. Phoned the number given, it's a call centre in Manchester, was told nothing they could do, I would actually know more about what was happening than they would and there was no number I could call in Gatwick. The ignorant male member of staff on the desk, had no customer care skills whatsoever, being a jobsworth and winding the customers up even more. The quicker this company goes bust the better, how airports give them contracts I've know idea.

Airline said it was there, GBS said they would have to look, never called, or emailed like prommised. I called every day finally they said they located it. Then after another day of waiting for the prommised delivery i had to run an hour back to the airport and endure lines and let downs to actually get my bag. They could care less about the process.
